Given:

Number of male members in health club E = 576

Calculation:

8% (Male) = 576

1% (Male) = 576 ÷ 8 = 72

Using the above information,

Number of male members in A = 72 × 21 = 1512

Number of male members in C = 72 × 19 = 1368

Total members in B & C = 1854 + 396 + 2304 + 1368 = 5922

Difference = 5922 - (1512 + 1368) = 3042

Required Percentage = \(\dfrac{3042}{5922} \) × 100 = 51.37%

∴ Number of male members in health clubs A and C is approximately 51.37% less than the number of members (both male and female) of health clubs B and C.
