Characteristics of delinquency children:
- Uncontrollable by his parents or guardians because of being wayward or by being habitually disobedient
- Habitually plays truant from school
- Lives without ostensible means of subsistence
- Habitually behaves in such a way as to endanger the morale or health of himself/herself.
