UP Police Constable Medical Test

Reasons for Rejection in the UP Police Constable Medical Test
The medical examination is done to make sure that the applicants are both physically and mentally capable of carrying out the responsibilities of a police officer. The following are a few of the grounds for failing the UP Police Constable Medical Test:
- Vision Problems: Candidates who have poor eyesight or colour blindness are usually rejected in the medical test. The minimum acceptable visual acuity is 6/6 in one eye and 6/9 in the other.
- Hearing Problems: Candidates who have hearing problems or partial deafness may also be rejected for the medical test.
