NATA Result 2022 - Percentile Calculation

To calculate the percentile score of NATA, the following values will be considered -

  • The total marks secured by a candidate who appeared in the Exam
  • The total number of candidates who registered for the Exam

Once the mentioned values are collected, we put these in a formula to calculate the NATA percentile score. The formula for calculation of NATA percentile score is -

(Total number of candidates- cumulative candidates) 100 Total number of candidates

For example- Suppose a candidate secured 180 marks in the NATA Exam along with 5 other candidates. The total number of candidates who appeared is 28000. Thus, the total number of candidates with 180 marks is 6. Deduct 6 from 28000 and multiply the value with 100. At last, dividing the obtained value by 28000 gives us the percentile score of the candidate.

i.e. (28000-5)100 28000 =99.982142 percentile
