As per the Rajasthan Police SI Exam Pattern 2025, the SI exam will be conducted in the form of a Written Examination of 400 marks. Candidates shortlisted in the Written Examination will then qualify for further rounds of the selection process which is the Physical test and the Interview rounds. Rajasthan Police SI Written Exam Pattern 2025
The pattern for the SI written exam with the marks distribution is listed below in the table.
- The written test is bilingual in nature.
- It will be an offline based exam.
- There will be negative marking. 1/3 marks will be detected for every wrong answer
- The test will be of multiple-choice questions.

Rajasthan Police SI Physical Test Pattern
The physical tests for Rajasthan Police SI candidates includes – Physical Measurement Test (PMT) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET).
- The PMT has specific height and chest measurements that candidates must meet to qualify. Male candidates must be at least 168 cm tall with a chest measurement of 81-86 cm (minimum 5 cm expansion). Female candidates must be at least 152 cm tall.
- The PET consists of events like 100m race, long jump, and chin-ups/shot put for male and female candidates.
