The least possible Venn diagram is shown below according to the given information.

Statements:

Some ships are cups.

No cup is a stool.

All windows are cups.

I. Some ships being windows is a possibility → Follow → As some ships are cups and No cup is a stool and all windows are cups. So some ships being windows is a possibility is definitely followed.

II. No window is a stool → Follow → As No cup is a stool and All windows are cups. So No window is a stool is definitely followed.

III. All cups are windows → Does not follow → As all windows are cups. So all cups are windows is not definitely followed.

IV. No ship is a stool → Does not follow → As some ships are cups and No cup is a stool and all windows are cups. So No ship is a stool is not followed because it is a possibility that some ships are stool. So it is definitely not followed.

So, the only conclusions I and II follow.

Hence, the correct answer is "Option 3".
