For admission to B.Pharma, Agriculture, and para-medical programmes (such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy, etc.) for colleges in Bihar, the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (BCECE), is held. Age Limit

BCECE 2025 Nationality Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must note that according to the BCECE Eligibility Criteria, students should be from India. The student must have the required documentation to prove their identity. If the applicant is not a citizen of India, their application will be rejected by the Official Examination Body.

Domicile 

Candidates who are applying must be Indian citizens. Any of the following domicile requirements must be fulfilled by applicants, if not the official authority can reject the application at any moment. Take a look at the requirements below:

• The candidate's parents reside in Bihar permanently
• The candidate's parents have Bihar refugee registration.
• The candidate's parents live in different states yet work for the Bihar government.
• The candidate's parents are currently stationed in Bihar and work for national unions.

Number of Attempts

As there is no age limit for the exam, there is nothing mentioned about the number of attempts for BCECE (Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination). Candidates who fulfill all other BCECE Eligibility Criteria are eligible for the Exam.

Physical examination

The selected applicants must go through a BCECE medical examination performed by the appointed doctors. Only those applicants who pass the medical exam will be accepted for the admission. Candidates are required to pay an additional cost for this physical test. Students must note that this step is compulsory for all the selected candidates.

Major Changes in the BCECE Eligibility Criteria 2025

There are not any new changes in BCECE Eligibility Criteria in 2025. But the below-given points must be noted.

• The BCECE was held for the fields of engineering, medicine, pharmacy, and architecture before 2019.
• Then, based on JEE Main scores, BCECEB conducts BCECE counselling for engineering and architecture courses, and based on NEET scores, it did the same for courses in medicine, veterinary science, and animal husbandry.
