Amino acids and proteins share a vital connection. Essentially, amino acids are the foundational elements that, when connected through peptide bonds, form various proteins. In other words, proteins wouldn't exist without the synthesis of amino acid monomers.

Proteins fundamentally have a linear structure. However, they morph into α-helices and β-structures as their secondary formations. These structures can fold in numerous ways to create the tertiary structures of proteins.

The process starts with mRNAs replicating specific genetic codes from DNA and moving them out of the nucleus. Then, tRNAs transcribe these codes within ribosomes. The genetic instructions dictate the sequence in which amino acids are chained together.

Without amino acids, protein synthesis would be impossible. Proteins are comprised of chains of primary, secondary, or tertiary amino acids. The DNA or RNA of the cell's genetic coding determines the specific order or sequence in which these amino acids are arranged.
