Candidates must go to the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research's official website to download the CSIR NET E-certificate. Find the "Results & Certificates" tab by going to the "Student Zone" portion of the website. To access CSIR NET the E-certificate, choose "NET" from the menu and input your roll number, birth date, and security code. The direct download link for the CSIR NET E-certificate has not yet been released. When it is released, the URL will be updated below. Steps to download CSIR Certificate

The CSIR certificate is released in 3 parts. You can download the same from the official websites. It is given out separately by both CSIR & UGC. Let us follow step-by-step instructions for downloading the certificates.  

Step 1: Enter the official website of CSIR i.e. https://csirnet.nta.nic.in/

CSIR NET Certificate Validity

Candidates aspiring to become a Junior Research Fellow and/ or Assistant Professor in Science and Technology must appear for this examination. Upon successfully qualifying for this examination, candidates will receive the CSIR NET Certificate. • For the June 2022 cycle, the CSIR NET certificate was issued in December 2022, almost two months after the final result's release. Similarly, there could be possible delays in the release of these certificates.

CSIR NET Certificate Validity For JRF

Candidates who apply for the CSIR NET JRF position and successfully qualify for it as well are eligible to download the CSIR NET e-certificate. But the essential thing is the validity of the CSIR NET JRF certificate. The certificates come with an expiry date for the Junior Research Fellowship position. For the position of JRF, the CSIR NET Certificate validity period is two (02) years from the date of issuance of the certificate or the w.e.f date mentioned in the certificate. CSIR NET Certificate Validity For Lectureship

Candidates who opted for the CSIR NET Lectureship position and qualified for this position are eligible to download the CSIR NET e-certificate for the Assistant Professor or Lectureship (LS) position. Unlike the two years validity of the JRF certificate, the CSIR NET Certificate validity for Lectureship is for a lifetime. Candidates who qualify for the lectureship position can use the certificate at any point after their qualifying period as long as it is announced as invalid by the recruiting authority. What to do if you do not receive the CSIR Certificate?

It can happen that candidates have discrepancies regarding the issuance of the certificate or perhaps they have simply not received the letter even after completing the steps above. In such cases, candidates should include their roll number, the slot in which they have given the examination & their CSIR Reference number in a request letter to the official email id mentioned below. 

• The email regarding the certificates is to be sent to [email protected]
• The Head office of the certification section can be visited by applicants residing nearby. 
• The request letter can be addressed to the Head, NET Bureau, UGC.

Instructions for a Duplicate CSIR NET Certificate

Candidates will be glad to know that they can apply for re-issuing the certificate if they have lost the original one or have not received the original certificate due to some reason. A detailed list of instructions is to be followed for getting a duplicate certificate from the UGC. 

• Make sure that the complete details of the candidate are entered including Applicant’s name, father's name, mother’s name, exam date, roll number, exam subject, candidate’s address, etc. are entered in an affidavit on a judicial stamp paper. It should be attested by the competent authority & issued by the UGC. 
• On finding the original CSIR NET certificate, candidates have to state in their affidavit that they will return the duplicate copy without any misuse. 
• A demand draft of INR 100/- has to be drawn in the favor of the Secretary, University Grants Commission, New Delhi which has to be paid at the State Bank Of India, Service Branch(Code No. 7687). It should be submitted along with the affidavit. 
• Lastly, an FIR comprising the attestation stamp of a Class-I gazetted officer with the details of the candidate(name, designation, official address etc.) should be attached to an attested copy of this FIR registered at the Police Station.
